Unless you have something like CRAFT/CASE or Reload installed, in which case it's much more complex.Can't speak for Reload (yet) but I know that Case ups the Lead requirement.What you'll need are Primers, Powder, (both of these two are available from the Gun Runners) Lead, (made from Scrap Metal) and the ammo cases. Go to a Reloading Bench and you'll be able to combine them into the basic ammo variety. If you take Hand Loader, you'll get better recipes that cost a bit more, but come with effects like -DT or higher damage.

Works out cheaper and you get more ammo right?I'd get as much cheap ammo as you can and turn it into JSP, since of all the types that Case adds, that's the best for pretty much every caliber. The powder jars are what you want to aim for, since you'll need a lot of powder per bullet but you only need one primer.Stay away from making shotgun and.50MG ammo, though. It's really lead-heavy.
