Just got the trilogy pack off amazon for a steal, ive beaten all of them before and im gonna do it again on pc! Now im looking for some mods for a PC playthrough, mods to add some spice back into the games.if there are any mods that improve character creation or.erm.certain scenes. Please let me know.if i get nothing else id like more control with character creation, something like Skyrim's RaceMenu.

It tweaks the combat system to be so much more rewarding. It is Literally the best mod you can get.If you've read the Mass Effect Novels, gunfights are described to be insanely lethal and fast paced. The weapons used in the ME Universe are illustrated to be able to rip through shields, armor, barriers, and people like butter and the biotics able to crush enemies into bloody pulps. This mod makes that happen. It makes your skirmishes faster paced, more realistic, and consistent with the Lore.In vanilla ME2, i felt like gunfights always took too long and were really taxing. After emptying several entire clips into an enemy mobs, i would more often than not run out of ammo and have to run around collecting ammo or switching to less desirable weapons in order to take out my foes. Fortunately, thermal clips are made consistent with ME1 Lore.
One of the many changes HC mod makes is how your ammo works. All of your ammo regenerates over time but if you overheat your weapon, you use thermal clips to cool it down as opposed to using the thermal clips as ammo.This mod breaths life back into ME2.Btw, its best to play on the hardcore difficulty with this mod.edit: The last few things i did were tweaks. First, to skip the Bioware and EA Logo screens look.My second change allows any ONE class to be able to equip any weapon. You arent able to apply this tweak for all classes because the file wont run unless there are a certain amount of characters in the Coalesced file.

Right now, the vangaurd is set to be able to equip all weapons. If you want to switch it to another class, just ctrl+f ' ClassName=SFXPawnPlayerVanguard ', and overwrite PlayerVangaurd with another class.
Make sure to write Vangaurd over the class you switch with. Screenshot taken. OP I'm gonna give you a heads up, modding ME3 without Texmod (which is the best route to go IMO) is gonna take some work. Depending on how much of the game you want to mod graphically speaking, modding the entire game plus all the DLC for example going to take at least a day depending on the specs of your rig. But honestly if you got at least a mid-end rig then it is well worth it to mod the game it looks like a completely different game after you finish modding it.
