You cannot immediately fast travel to them, as this was how Bethesda had intended it.The perk is now a rank of the V.A.N.S perk (I'm so sorry, it was the only place it made sense to put it.)It is obtainable at level 18, in between the 1st and now 3rd rank of V.A.N.S.Because Nuka-World adds a new rank of V.A.N.S, this will require Nuka-World.Also adds a loading screen for the new perk.Be aware, this will only reveal map markers that are currently in your game. If you download any mods that add extra map markers after acquiring the perk, they will not be discovered. It WILL reveal markers from mods, though.
