• May 07, 2018  My latest Skyrim mod is Portable Arrow Crafting. Allows the player to craft arrows anywhere in the world using their very own Arrow Crafting Kit. Will be featured in my other mod, Hunting in Skyrim.
• Skyrim Special Edition will support mods for Xbox and PS4. A teaser at the E3 2016 press conference revealed a mod interface similar in design to that deployed in Fallout 4's console.

There should be a woodcutter's axe out side of Belethor's shop. His helper is always out there cutting wood.

I think there might be one in Riverwood by one of the chopping blocks. You can usually find a woodcutter's axe and mining picks in front of and in mines.like others have said, you need the right mining perk to be able to craft the different arrows, you can craft iron arrows right off the bat though.leveling up smithing is a good way to add a little bit extra to an archer play through, craft you own arrows and boost armour.
