New Vegas Headshot Mods

Fallout Cascadia is a complete replacement mod for Fallout 4, featuring new factions, weapons, armors, characters, a branching main story, and so much more! It is set in the year 2329 in the Seattle metro-area, approximately 40 years after the the events in the Commonwealth. Fallout: New Vegas was released in 2010 as the fourth game in the Fallout series and has been wildly popular ever since. Sure, there were a few bugs and glitches, but gamers and game reviewers have praised this title from the outset, helping it sell more than 12 million copies around the world. Nice mod list, I saw a few that sound interesting. And everyone says their is a soft cap of mods, at around 139 Mods. This is interesting, as i am only at 96 mods, looks like i have room to expand. Thanks for posting the Load order.

Is that sorted by BOSS? I also don't see a merged patch, or a Bash patch. Nice job as you say the game loads.Do you mean on 60hz monitor it helps when fps limited to 58?From what i have read, yes, not going past the refresh rate of the Monitor stops screen tearing, and using Stutter remover keeps my game liquid smooth.Edited by camaro69327, 16 January 2014 - 11:25 PM. Before squawking that your fps is too low - remember the console version is capped at 30fps. So anything over 30 and you are already higher than the game was designed for. Regular TV and movies run at less than 30 fps.

They are not 'capped' as they play at a constant that they cannot go either over or under - so things look smooth. The trick is to get it smooth, not to have a super high fps. Capping the fps is one of the tricks to keeping things smooth - because what is seen as stutter or hesitation is usually a sudden change in fps. Even going from 120 fps to 60 fps will show as a stutter. By capping at below the theoretical max you think your system can run at, you are leaving some overhead ( extra video ram) for those times when a sudden increase the video requirement occurs - like when you do a sudden 360 degree rotation to take a quick look around.I have a fairly decent but not fantastic system, and I use a 42FPS cap - because my own experience says that most of the time I will see a smooth game at that FPS. It will still drop sometimes though because the game can be an fps hog. But it will not be either as long or as noticeable than if I allowed the fps to float up to 120 just because it could.
